Description
Red Barn is digital color illustration of a distinctive red barn after an early November snowfall in Colorado.
The original photo's post processing included HDR effects and removing as many hints as to when it was taken. Thus providing both a nostalgic and modern feel that was further enhanced while being digitally repainted. For example, the illustration includes subtle canvas texture overlays to accentuate the impression of having been drawn on a heavy rag paper then scanned.
This image has a faded red title on the lower right corner of the illustration.
NOTE: This image was formatted for printing on cool toned or bright white rag papers.
